Centrepiece Ideas For A Summer Wedding

One of the main elements of styling your wedding will be the centrepieces. For those new to wedding planning and styling, a centrepiece is basically something you put in the centre of a table which acts as a focus point and brings the style of your event together.

A good centrepiece will be of a good size, not too big and not too small. Remember, if you want your guests to talk to each other, it’s probably a good idea that they can see each other, so bear that in mind before sticking a great big floral arrangement at eye level on every table! Likewise, if your centrepieces are very small, they can get lost on large tables and won’t really make an impact at all.

What you choose to have as a centrepiece really depends on the style of your wedding. You could go for florals, garlands made entirely from greenery, candles or if you’re having a themed wedding, memorabilia to match the theme. The possibilities are endless and you can be as dramatic or minimalistic as you wish. You can have the same centrepiece on every table or mix it up a little.
